Health Concerns

Regarding Environmental and Health Standards of Desert Locust control operations in the Central Region, the secretariat of CRC has organized the 3rd regional workshop in Hurghada-Egypt, during 25-29 September 2016. The attendees were 2 representatives from 6 member countries (Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sudan), in addition to one representative from DLCO-EA The workshop aimed to stabilize the organizational and practical aspects of EHS in the central region, in addition to establish the national work plan to assist the member countries in the implementation of the EHS in their countries.
