A Commission for Controlling LOCUSTS

CRC relies on existing institutions and programmes of governmental organizations at regional and national levels. Main partners and stakeholders are its currently 16 member states. CRC is thus the largest among the three FAO Regional Locust Commissions. The Commission fosters synergies and collaboration among its members and involves national and regional organizations, that are contributing to crop protection, agricultural research and disaster risk reduction and management.
